Hancock's power is one of the few in the series whose market value has been established by a third party, and that valuation appears on no wanted notice anywhere.

Both groups left without her, because Silvers Rayleigh happened to be on the island. It is worth noting what the number is not measuring. Since Marineford, where she was one of three Warlords to walk away from the battle without a scratch, she has taken part in no major event at all. This is an assessment rather than a record of activity.
