Chadros Higelyges lost his kingdom, then his legs, then even the shape he had before losing them.

A New World pirate known as Brownbeard, he takes advantage of the vacuum left by Whitebeard's death to invade territory no Emperor protects anymore, going as far as conquering the island of Foodvalten — proud, at the time, of the number that came with the conquest. Basil Hawkins ends that expansion by tearing through his crew and ripping off both his legs, in a fight the registry credits entirely to Hawkins, never to him. Taking refuge with his men at Punk Hazard, he is picked up and remade by Caesar Clown, who grafts on a pair of alligator legs siphoned from Trafalgar Law's own power — a man rebuilt half-animal by the very person who needs a loyal guard.

Made chief of the site's hybrid-creature patrol, he protects his new master's facility without ever having chosen the role to begin with. Loyalty does not save him: on Caesar Clown's direct order, it is an enforcer, Scotch, who comes to strike him down — a file closed on a betrayal ordered from above, with no source confirming what became of him afterward.

80,060,000 berries for a man whose bounty was earned as a conqueror of islands and never once revised as a mutilated test subject. The figure belongs entirely to the era when he still had a kingdom.
