Shepherd Ju Peter’s REWARD poster, whose existence is plausible but not officially confirmed.

Chapter 1110, Egghead: Ju Peter is beheaded by the giants Dorry and Brogy so Luffy can slip through to Vegapunk's lab — a defeat with a date, a location, and two named opponents, unlike almost everything else in his file. The youngest of the Five Elders, Warrior God of Agriculture, had awakened a Mythical Zoan fruit modeled on a giant sandworm, built for underground speed and excavation, and it did nothing against two fighters over a century old whom no Marine report had ever flagged anywhere near the island.
That Ju Peter survives his own beheading says something about how the file actually works: the Five Elders share an immortality granted by Imu, the same one Imu revokes from Saturn a few chapters later over a comparable failure. Ju Peter keeps his title — the gap between the two men may come down less to the severity of the act than to the mood of the sovereign judging it that day.
Even so, no institution has ever published a figure on him, before Egghead or since. Cross Guild rates active officers, admirals who lose filmed duels; here the defeat is real, documented, dated, named — and it still produces no line in any ledger. The silence has nothing to do with ambiguous status this time. It comes down to the plain fact that nobody in this story has ever had the standing to make an Elder pay for anything.
