    CONFIDENTIAL

Yama is not one of Enel's four priests — he commands the fifty Divine Soldiers, with Hotori and Kotori as his lieutenants, which makes him the only ranked figure in this batch whose authority rests on a troop rather than a personal ritual. His scene doesn't play out in any of the island's four ordeals; it happens among the ruins of Shandora, which he tramples and wrecks without a thought for their value, religious or archaeological.

Nico Robin is the one who stops him, furious at watching a site she came to study, not to fight over, get methodically destroyed — the only moment in Enel's entire guard where the winner isn't fighting for the crew's survival but for the object being ruined. Yama falls less because he faced a stronger opponent than because he picked the wrong target in the wrong place.

No report, no file: fifty Divine Soldiers commanded by one man never showed up anywhere in a registry from the world below, for the simplest reason running through this whole batch. Before Enel's fall, Skypiea was just a cloud mass the World Government had never managed to place on a map, let alone govern. Nobody opens a file on an army whose existence isn't even confirmed.

His story ends at that defeat; no source mentions anything after Enel's fall and the Straw Hats' departure for other seas.
