Heads, before anything else. Catarina Devon collected the severed heads of beautiful women she killed, and that record is what made her reputation as the worst female criminal the Golden Age of Piracy produced — right up to the day the World Government caught her and sealed her away for life in Impel Down's Level 6, where deeds too awkward to publish are stored with the people who committed them. That is the career her bounty prices, and it was over long before Blackbeard came anywhere near her.

Teach cleared the floor by forcing the inmates to kill each other in their cells and freeing only the winners. Devon is one of four who walked out, and the only woman among the ten Titanic Captains. The fruit came afterwards, as it did for the rest of the officers her captain eventually equipped. The Inu Inu no Mi, Model Kyubi no Kitsune is a Mythical Zoan, the same rare family as Marco's phoenix and Kaido's dragon, except pointed at deception rather than force: it lets her wear anyone's appearance, clothing included. She used it on Gecko Moria, walking up to him as Absalom, whom her crew had just killed, and letting him believe for a moment that his man was alive.

Then came Egghead. She crossed paths with Elder Jaygarcia Saturn, made a point of touching his leg, and announced that their mission was done. Saturn died soon after, stripped of his immortality by Imu and reduced on the spot to a skeleton. What the crew intends to do with that contact has not been shown yet. Neither has her number.
