No one is hunting this character: the bounty system does not cover everyone, not even figures of real importance.
Why some characters have no bounty
Dosun’s WANTED poster — neutralized version.

Dosun styled himself as Hody Jones's toughest muscle, a hammerhead shark Fish-Man wielding a curved war hammer built for beating down chain-gangs, not for a fair duel. He never received a bounty, even while fighting on the front line of a coup against Ryugu Kingdom, because he was captured and sentenced on the spot, before any Marine paperwork ever had reason to exist. Before Chopper ever got close, Dosun spent the opening exchange swatting aside anyone within reach, confident that raw size alone would decide the match.
His duel during the Fish-Man Island arc doesn't pit him against a rival his own size, but against the smallest Straw Hat aboard: Tony Tony Chopper, whose shift into Monster Point is enough to shatter the hammer in his hands before putting him down for good. A reindeer under four feet tall reducing an armed sea giant's weapon to splinters is the only statistic that fight ever produced, and it appears on no official record anywhere.
After Hody's defeat, the same Energy Steroids Dosun shared with the rest of the crew catch up with him at the exact moment his allies fall too: the body marched before Ryugu's justice no longer has the build that made his reputation, or the hammer that symbolized it. A sea giant disarmed by the youngest fighter on the enemy ship, then aged decades before he could even stand trial — that is the entire record left of him.
