THE ULTIMATE ONE PIECE BOUNTY ARCHIVE
No one is hunting this character: the bounty system does not cover everyone, not even figures of real importance.
Why some characters have no bounty
Satori’s WANTED poster — neutralized version.

Satori is the one guardian on Skypiea whose Mantra is sharp enough to neutralize Luffy outright — not beat him, neutralize him: he reads every move before it starts, until the fight itself locks into a dead end. So it isn't Luffy who takes him down. It's Sanji, arriving second, whose kicks eventually crack a defense built to anticipate fists and footwork, not the speed of a leg trained in a floating restaurant kitchen.
That reversal of the expected winner is not incidental. In the Ordeal of the Balls he oversees, Satori spent his whole career answering one attack by predicting the next one. He had simply never faced two opponents able to tag each other in against the same trap.
Mantra, in this island built as a house of faith, stands in for everything a police file would hold anywhere else — it's a perception, not a paper trail, and it never leaves Skypiea. No Marine report ever mentions Satori, for the same reason none mentions the name of his own shrine: the World Government only documented Skypiea after Enel's fall, once the island stopped being a secret kept by its own residents from everyone below.
Nothing points to a life after his defeat. The story closes his scene and never reopens it, unlike a few other members of the same guard whose later fate at least gets a passing mention further into the series.
