Bounty of Shakky (Shakuyaku) – credible but non-canon

She is the one who, at Sabaody, runs Luffy through the nine other pirates who landed at the same time carrying more than a hundred million each. Shakuyaku reads newspapers the way an accountant reads ledgers, holds that knowledge is a weapon, and keeps a bar that doubles as an unofficial intelligence desk for anyone who walks in. On her own account the story gives nothing: no amount, and no confirmation that a bounty was ever issued at all.

The question is worth asking. Empress of Amazon Lily and captain of the Kuja Pirates after Gloriosa, whose first mate she had been, she raided islands, put Roger and Scopper Gaban on the floor, and had her crew strip the Oro Jackson of its treasure. More to the point, Monkey D. Garp personally hunted her back when he was still a vice admiral. Nobody sends that man after an unknown.

Retirement did not make her invisible either. Forty-two years ago she opened her first bar not on Sabaody but on Hachinosu, the island the Rocks Pirates then ruled, where the queue to get in would eventually be measured in months. Asked whether she meant to join the crew the way Gloriosa had, she turned them down flat: she only needed somewhere to sit out the Marines. She was abducted from it, held for a year, and displayed on God Valley as the grand prize of the Celestial Dragons' hunting competition — the kidnapping that threw both the Rocks and the Roger Pirates onto that island. Restrained, she was still kicking Marines into walls when Rayleigh cut down Shepherd Sommers, who was about to kill her.

She married him afterwards. So the blank here is not about the woman; a great deal is known about her. It is about one line Oda has never written.
