Whitey Bay’s WANTED poster with an unknown reward of berries.

Among Whitebeard's forces, the unwritten rule held that women didn't fight in the ranks. Whitey Bay, the Ice Witch, is the documented exception: captain of her own subordinate division, she commanded an icebreaker built for one purpose — cutting through water that refused to open.
At Marineford, that purpose became a weapon in front of the entire assembled Marine fleet. Her ship punched through the ice wall Admiral Aokiji had just raised around the harbor to seal it off, then tore straight into Marine Headquarters' own fortress wall, on Whitebeard's direct order — a feat of naval engineering achieved in the middle of a battle where almost every other confrontation in this registry gets settled by a fist, a blade, or a Devil Fruit rather than by a hull.
The reader will never see the number attached to that scene. Only a canon novel, published years after the war, even confirms a wanted poster exists for her at all — the manga itself has never shown a trace of it. Her last confirmed appearance on the page comes during the retreat from Marineford; whatever happened to her afterward has never been documented since, in the manga or anywhere else in canon.
That silence says nothing about how dangerous she really was. It says only that a Government willing to track Marco, Vista, or Jozu on paper never found a reason to publish the number for a woman whose visible weapon was several tons of icebreaking hull rather than a fist raised at Whitebeard's side.
