Turned back from the Red Line by the security around the Levely, he ends up at Dressrosa, where the Marines arrest the woman in a barber's chair they take for Chiffon: it is Lola, and he leaves with both sisters aboard. The number rises, in all likelihood, for an attempt on an Emperor's life. The man is running a family errand.
