    CONFIDENTIAL

Inuarashi rules the day, six in the morning to six at night, as Duke of the Mokomo Dukedom — but his most dangerous combat form, Sulong, only triggers under a full moon, at night. His peak power, in other words, only exists during the hours he technically doesn't govern, a mismatch neither the title nor the dukedom's protocol ever resolved, only worked around by letting Nekomamushi rule the moment the moon comes up.

His rivalry with Nekomamushi runs deeper than either of their titles: both men sailed with Gol D. Roger all the way to Laugh Tale, more than twenty-four years ago — a fact they share without either one claiming it alone, and part of why neither has ever fully yielded to the other.

At Onigashima, it's in Sulong form, standing beside the rival he's never quite made peace with, that he brings down Jack, one of Kaido's three all-stars — the one battle in the whole story where their twenty-year disagreement becomes, for once, a shared weapon against the same man who had already attacked Zou once before, ahead of Onigashima.

Like every Mink, he can discharge Electro straight from his own fur, a racial trait shared by every inhabitant of Zou — but it's Sulong, gated behind the full moon, that sets his ducal bloodline apart from the rest of the dukedom.

After the war, he hands Zou's regency to Carrot rather than keep it himself, and stays behind in Wano — a country that stayed out of reach of any outside administration, and therefore any bounty, for decades.
