    CONFIDENTIAL

Porche isn't a fighter, she's an idol — adored by the rest of the Foxy Pirates to the point that her presence shapes part of the crew's whole identity, a status neither Wapol nor any of Enel's guardians share with her in this same batch. She takes on Nami, Usopp, and Robin in the Donut Race, one event of the Davy Back Fight, teamed with Capote and Monda; Foxy's side wins, but only through her captain's cheating, never through a merit she can claim as her own.

Later in the same arc, she's taken hostage by the rival Fanged Toad Pirates and forced to watch Foxy and Hamburg get beaten down; she's only freed once Foxy comes back to beg Luffy for a chance to fight on her behalf. Her whole arc runs through two scenes where someone else acts for her, never a win or a loss she earns on her own.

What makes the missing bounty especially clear-cut in her case: Foxy, her own captain, carries one, priced and public elsewhere in this same registry. Porche, a named member of a recognized pirate crew, never individually committed the one isolated act that would justify filing her separately — the World Government prices acts, not internal rank inside a minor crew.

No source mentions anything about her after the Davy Back Fight ends and both crews sail off in different directions.
