Rakuyo’s Bounty at an unknown amount of Berries

Thirty years ago, when Whitebeard's crew was shipwrecked at Kuri in the Land of Wano and ran into Kozuki Oden, Rakuyo was already aboard; the manga shows him among the crew of that era, wearing a thinner moustache. Born in the South Blue according to his Vivre Card, he would go on to command the seventh of the crew's sixteen divisions, under an Emperor whose flag then covered several territories, Fish-Man Island among them.

His weapon is hard to mistake: a spiked ball with a dog's face on the end of a chain that moves like a snake, and the ball bites whatever it hits. Whether the weapon has eaten a Devil Fruit, the way Spandam's sword Funkfreed did, or runs on some mechanism is unknown. As for Rakuyo himself, no source credits him with a fruit.

At Marineford he throws the ball at Kizaru and it chomps through the admiral; the exchange is brief. The rest of his war is grief. He begs Whitebeard through tears to come with them when the captain says he is staying behind, weeps for Ace and then for Whitebeard, and stands against Akainu with the other commanders to cover Luffy.

A year later the crew lost to Blackbeard, who took Whitebeard's place among the Emperors. What happened next has not been shown: no capture announced, no confirmed death, no documented retirement. The crew drops out of the story instead of leaving it through a scene, except when the plot needs one of them, as with Marco and Izou in Wano.

For readers, his bounty is a complete secret. No wanted poster and no amount have been shown, and the manga does not even give him an epithet; the mobile game Treasure Cruise calls him Morning Star Rakuyo, after the kind of weapon he swings. That a Whitebeard commander who fought at Marineford is wanted is a deduction; no source says so.
